Aquarenaissance® Water Inc. warrants that each Product furnished under this Agreement will conform to its Specifications for the Warranty Period (the “Product Warranty”). All Product Warranty claims must be filed in writing with AquaRenaissance™ Water Inc. within the applicable Warranty Period. The duration of the Product Warranty is individual Product-specific for each Product furnished under this Agreement (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period begins on the date of shipment of the Product and expires on the earliest of (i) one (1) year from the date of shipment or (ii) three (2) years from the date of shipment.
This product's warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, AquaRenaissance™ Water Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, any products or parts proven defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship, provided that only original Aquarenaissance® Water Inc. parts and seals have been used in the filter housing. Please note that this warranty does NOT apply to filter cartridges, which will lose performance over time and require replacement. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any liability for incidental or consequential damages, labor charges, or other costs incurred in connection with the product's purchase, installation, use, maintenance, or repair. Aquarenaissance® Water Inc. will not cover any costs associated with misuse, abuse, or incorrect installation of parts related to this warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover cosmetic defects that do not affect the product's functionality. The user is responsible for any damages resulting from neglect or unforeseeable circumstances.
This Product Warranty covers the following products:
- AquaReveal® Single & Multistage System Housings, Base, and Original Connectors for the period of (ii) (730 days)
- Single Stainless Steel Housing and Connector for the period of (i) (365 days)
- Braided Hose and Adaptors for the period of (i) (365 days)
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact support to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items sold through our online store at aquarenaissance.ca. If you are unsatisfied with any product, return it within 30 days of receipt in the mail for a refund. The following conditions apply for a full refund:
- This return policy is valid for products sold in Canada only.
- Return the product and all accessories in their original box and packaging.
- Items must not be damaged or missing parts unless they arrive defective.
- Used replacement filters are not eligible for returns or refunds. To qualify for a refund, replacement filters should be in their original packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all items not missing or defective upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed. We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy to comply with applicable legal requirements.
