Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items sold through our online store at aquarenaissance.ca. If you are unsatisfied with any product, return it within 30 days of receipt in the mail for a refund. The following conditions apply for a full refund:
- This return policy applies only to products sold in Canada.
- The product and all accessories must be returned in their original box and packaging.
- Items must not be damaged or missing parts unless they arrive defective.
- Used replacement filters are not eligible for returns or refunds. To qualify for a refund, replacement filters should be in their original packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to items not missing or defective upon arrival, except for the AquaReveal water filter systems.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Once your return is received, please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed. We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
