Choosing between a single- and dual-filter system depends on your filtration requirements, water usage, and desired capacity. Both systems effectively remove chlorine, chloramine, and heavy metals, but the dual canister AquaReveal® system offers enhanced performance. With the ability to capture particles as small as 0.5 microns—including bacterial cysts and fine contaminants—it provides a higher level of purification.

The increased contact time with dual filters further improves efficiency, prolongs filter life, and maximizes adsorption of contaminants such as chlorine, VOCs, and PFAS. As a result, a single canister system requires more frequent filter changes.

Chloramines—formed by combining chlorine and ammonia are harder for standard carbon filters to remove and are often undetectable in tap water. More municipalities now use chloramines to improve water stability and meet strict safety standards, including over 100 Canadian cities, such as Ottawa, Toronto, and Edmonton.

To effectively remove Chloramine, our PR110 filter uses high-quality catalytic carbon produced by modifying the electronic structure of coconut shell carbon, specifically designed to break chloramine bonds. This results in increased adsorption, faster reaction rates, a longer lifespan, and superior chloramine removal capacity.

The AquaReveal® system is the result of years of development and testing to create a simple, reliable, and leak-proof water filtration system for any home. It requires no drilling or complex installation. It connects directly to your kitchen faucet with a standard 3/8-inch braided hose, which most faucets already have. We also provide an extension hose if you need extra reach. Just disconnect your cold water line, hand-tighten the hose to the housing’s outlet, and connect the secondary hose from your cold water line to the housing’s intake. Adapters for 1/2-inch connections are included for older homes.

The flat-bottomed filter housing sits securely in your kitchen cabinet with no permanent modifications and comes with pre-installed filters, perfect for renters or small spaces. Absolutely, we or the end user can service or replace all the filter housing components. Furthermore, the system can be expanded to three stages or more units if future needs arise. We offer a 3-year warranty (2-year limited manufacturer + 1 year extended upon registration) on the housing and connectors and one year for the hoses and accessories.
