The hydrophilic carbon in our PCB filters is surface-modified to enhance adsorption of dissolved substances, resulting in cleaner, better-tasting water.

By combining mechanical filtration, physical adsorption, and chemical reactions, these innovative filters excel at removing harmful pollutants and are manufactured using advanced techniques to ensure exceptional quality and consistency. Their high flow rate and exceptional capacity make them ideal for standard under-sink and whole-house filtration applications.

The PCBX carbon block water filter is designed to effectively remove various contaminants from water, including sediment, chlorine, chlorine byproducts, pesticides, herbicides, PFOS, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The models rated at 0.5 nominal microns are also capable of removing most bacteria, cysts, and Giardia.

This filter model has been formulated and tested to eliminate over 95% of VOCs and PFAS from the water supply.

These filters are designed to fit 4.5 × 10-inch or 4.5 × 20-inch systems, which are universally referred to in the water industry as "Big Blue" or "whole-house " housings from leading brands like Watts, Pentek, iSpring, Culligan, EcoPure, APEC Water, and Franklin Water.
